A considered sequence of spaces, beginning at the bar and flowing into the restaurant, guides travellers through distinct yet connected environments, designed to encourage settling in while staying attuned to the rhythms of travel – from the lively energy of Amber State, to the serene winter garden of Small Holdings, and the rich Italian warmth of Bocatta.
Each venue plays with scale, texture, and light to create immersive spaces, where distinct zones flow into one another – offering experiences that adapt to the varied pace and time zone of every traveller.

“We are always conscious of creating varied spaces within larger environments so there are areas to escape to and areas to explore so that the experience holds your attention and has something enjoyable for everyone,”

– David Spaccatore, Senior Interior Designer

Boccata Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests into a layered dining experience, where intimate bar spaces transition into an expansive restaurant with views to the open sky. Embracing warm timber tones, classical Italian patterns, and fluid, softened edges, Boccata brings a timeless sense of hospitality that feels both grounding and transportive – an ideal setting for travellers to settle in and savour the moment.

Amber State Taphouse & Kitchen is a bold, high-energy space where travellers are welcomed by the warmth of exposed brick, intricate metal detailing, and a hero bar that anchors the space. Flowing out to an external barbecue area, it’s a lively setting designed for quick connection, casual dining, and an immediate immersion into the precinct’s dynamic atmosphere.

Small Holdings offers a serene reprieve beneath the sweeping aerofoil structure, where soft curves and cloud-like forms create a gentle flow through the space.

Designed as a ‘third place’ between home and destination, it invites travellers to pause—whether for quiet reflection, casual collaboration, or simply to slow down amidst the rhythm of transit.
