Each area is purposefully designed to work hard within the venue. The main thoroughfare features tactile stone underfoot and robust, hard-wearing surfaces suited to the pace of a city cafe, balanced by layered textures that soften and elevate. Subtle gold detailing weaves through the space, as a refined nod to Brunetti Oro the brand that draws customers in with familiarity and finesse.
The new venue honours Brunetti Oro’s long-standing identity while delivering a durable, high-performing environment designed for longevity.
The material palette is both robust and refined, using stone, concrete, polished metals and hard-wearing finishes grounding the space in its busy urban context, while signature gold accents and fine detailing honour the legacy of the Brunetti Oro name.
Bespoke way-finding was designed to guide patrons intuitively through the space, aligning with the menu and signage graphics. A clear product hierarchy, achieved through considered placement at varying levels, ensures each item feels intentional and makes selection both obvious and enticing.
