After a contemporary redesign, RACV Healesville now holds a spacious restaurant and publicly accessible alfresco pavilion and sports bar to extend the golfer’s experience. These enhancements not only elevate the experience for players but also draw in local residents and day-trippers to the resort.

“Colour and timber play a big role in adding warmth and vibrancy to the space. A few crucial architectural choices, material finishes and the subtle design language demonstrate the emphasis on accommodating both past and future users of the club.”
– Emma Phythian, Senior Interior Designer
Luxury in a scenic rural setting
The newly constructed ground-level restaurant is furnished with top-of-the-line dining amenities. A commercial kitchen located on the first level offers guests the option of indulging in a pub-style meal at the Club or unwinding with a beverage at the Sports Bar while soaking up the stunning vistas of the property’s bowling green and 18-hole golf course.
“It was really important to ensure the refurbishment truly reflected the resort’s locational context, not just visually, but also in how the design promotes new hospitality and tourism experiences.”
– Steve McKeag, Director
