We find ourselves reflecting on team achievements and project successes.
This year saw the completion of two of our most highly anticipated residential projects – the unique Bank Street House in South Melbourne, a grand 3-storey residence with a basement and rooftop garden, and the Mayfield Homestead in Albury, an expansive country retreat in New South Wales, designed to embrace both luxury and the serene beauty of its surroundings.
In the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, the newly opened Exhibition St Restaurant, Juni, has quickly become a loved destination, celebrated for its bold design and innovative approach to Asian dining.
Our team also had the privilege of recently attending the IDEA Awards Gala, taking the opportunity to come together and celebrate the creativity and excellence that define our profession.
Read on for all the details!

As we wrap up the year, we extend our deepest gratitude to our clients, collaborators, and team for making 2024 a year to remember.
Sincerely,
Nick, Justin and Steve.

+ Project Update: Mayfield Homestead
The Mayfield Homestead project has been highly anticipated from inception, thanks to its stunning location settled amongst an expansive New South Wales country estate. The original house, built in the mid 1900s, has played a key role in shaping the design of the new additions, which sit seamlessly behind the original homestead.
While preserving the charm and character of the historic house, the project introduces modern elements that blend naturally with the original structure.
We look forward to updating you once the project has been professionally photographed.

+ IDEA Awards
Recently our team had the pleasure of attending the IDEA Awards Gala, where our projects, All Saint Estate, Kirra Beach Hotel and Kirra Beach House, had been shortlisted. It was a highlight of the design calendar and a true celebration of the creativity shaping our profession.
Seeing the exceptional projects on display reminded us of the immense talent within the design community. It was a privilege to share the occasion with so many like-minded individuals, celebrating not only the winners but also the collective achievements of our profession.
The event was a reminder of why we do what we do—to create spaces that are meaningful, functional, and enduring.
